How does it work?
Purchase your tickets online using the order link.
*Tickets will have a 10-day validity window surrounding the event dates. When purchasing your tickets, you will select the days you wish to use. Multi-day tickets do not need to be used consecutively. All tickets will expire after the last date of the validity window, and any unused days shall be forfeited.
**Express Passes are optional and separate from admission tickets and can be purchased through the Universal Orlando Resort website here.
Print or save your order invoice to show at ticket pickup.
Tickets will be distributed at a designated location on Wednesday, January 21 and Thursday morning, January 22, as well as onsite at Team Registration on Thursday, January 22 from 4:30-7:30pm EST and Friday, January 23 from 7:00-10:00am.

FAQs
Q: How do I travel between Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure?
A: Both parks are essentially connected to each other. You can walk between both parks (average 10 minute walk) or take the Hogwarts Express Train Ride attraction.
Q: Why will my ticket be labeled a "Youth Ticket"?
A: Our tickets are considered ALL AGES tickets. Tickets will say "Youth Ticket" on them because we are a youth event. Adults can use these tickets.
Q: What happens if I lose my ticket?
A: All tickets are hard tickets. Once handed your tickets, each guest is encouraged to take a picture of the entire back of their ticket (the side that includes the bar code). In the event you lose your ticket & need to recover it, you will visit the nearest Guest Services location.
